Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift who will ensure our machinery and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently. This role involves performing preventative and routine maintenance, as well as repairs, with minimal supervision and in compliance with ISO quality management standards.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, or devices using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools to access and remove defective parts.

+ Repair machines, equipment, or structures using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or precision measuring instruments, and electronic testing devices.

+ Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and conducting other preventative maintenance actions.

+ Proceed on assignments with minimal supervision, ensuring work is subject to a final inspection.

+ Comply with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system.

Essential Skills

+ Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.

+ Proficiency in repair and preventive maintenance.

+ PLC troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.

+ Experience in preventative maintenance.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility with a laid-back atmosphere. Enjoy a $1.50 shift premium for 2nd shift hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
