Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with expertise in milling operations, specifically working with aerospace-grade titanium and aluminum components. The role involves setting up Makino machines up to the 3rd axis and requires proficiency in Fanuc controls and G-code programming. Prior experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing, particularly with large-scale titanium and aluminum part machining, is preferred.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate Makino machines up to the 3rd axis for milling operations.
+ Work with aerospace-grade titanium and aluminum components.
+ Utilize Fanuc controls and G-code programming.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Use micrometers and calipers for precise measurements.
+ Ensure quality and efficiency in machining processes.
Essential Skills
+ CNC Machining experience up to the 3rd axis (Mills)
+ Proficiency in Fanuc Controls
+ Knowledge of G Code programming
+ Blueprint reading skills
+ Experience with micrometers and calipers
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with CNC Mills and Haas Mills
+ Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
