    Immediately hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Boothwyn PA

     

    We're seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating CNC equipment to produce precision metal and aluminum parts used in facade systems

     

    This is a direct hire opportunity hiring immediately.

    Shift Hours: 5 Days a week

     

    5:30AM - 2:00PM@ Monday-Friday (Morning)

     

    1:30PM - 10:00PM@ Monday-Friday (Afternoon)

    9:30PM - 6:00AM@ Monday-Friday (Overnight)

    **Pay:** $24-28 depending on experience

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery as per the operating instructions and ensure efficient production processes.

    + Perform machine setups (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.

    + Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) to meet quality and efficiency standards.

    + Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines and ensure continuous supply without interruptions.

    + Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

    + Test the operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.

    + Maintain activity logs and report on daily production volumes and quality.

    + Troubleshoot problems during machine operation and perform basic repairs and maintenance when necessary.

    + Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.

    + Always adhere to safety guidelines and company regulations.

    + Communicate any machine malfunctions or irregularities to the immediate supervisor for timely resolution.

    + Monitor and manage inventory of materials and parts needed for machine operation.

    + Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.

    + Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with machine technology and operation techniques.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency.

    Skills

    + 3+ years of manufacturing experience (machine operation, CNC, etc)

    + Ability to read a tape measure

    + Monitor machine producing equipment

    + Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

    + Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks

    + Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work overtime

    + Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, tape measure etc.)

    + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals

    + Teamwork and communication skills

    + Ability to follow written and oral instructions

    + Familiarity with control operations and automated equipment

    + Basic computer and mathematical skills

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56160.00/yr.
