    CNC Machinist – Aerospace Precision Manufacturing

    Pay: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

     

    Shift: 1st shift

     

    Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-4:00PM **OR** Friday- Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM

    Job Description:

    + Set up and operate advanced 4- and 5-axis CNC mills

    + Manufacture tight-tolerance, complex components from aerospace-grade alloys (aluminum and hard alloys)

    + Interpret and execute part programs, blueprints, and 3D CAD/CAM output with GD&T

    + Perform tool selection, in-process inspections, and adaptive machining adjustments

    + Partner with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer specifications

    + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications

    + Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

    + Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring instruments

    + Follow QMS processes and procedures, including work instructions

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Qualifications:

    + Aerospace industry experience preferred

    + Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, Lathe Machinist, or 5-Axis Machinist

    + Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools

    + Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    + Experience with Kitamura, Mazak, and Grob machines a plus

    + Experience with Mazak Integrex and Quikturns (CNC Lathe) a plus

    + 5-Axis machining experience a plus

    This is a Contract position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
