Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintaining equipment and the overall facility, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

+ Perform HVAC troubleshooting, including RTUs and pumps.

+ Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance for general facilities tasks and equipment.

+ Undertake general remodel and reconstruction tasks as needed, such as fixing doors, painting walls, and light plumbing.

+ Document and track maintenance tasks and progress accurately.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of conveyor systems.

+ Knowledge of HVAC systems and pumps.

+ Ability to perform general building maintenance, including plumbing and carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2+ years of maintenance experience required.

+ Welding experience is preferred.

+ Experience with blow molding machines is a plus.

+ Experience with forklift maintenance is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with production equipment and machinery. This position is for the 2nd shift, Monday-Friday from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Falcon Heights, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
