    Job Title: CNC Operator

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate CNC machines, mills, and robots to produce high-quality parts.

    + Perform tool and insert changes, offsets, and adjustments.

    + Read blueprints and ensure parts meet exact specifications.

    + Monitor machine performance and keep your work area spotless.

    + Handle basic CNC maintenance and collaborate with supervisors and programmers to solve challenges.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Hands-on CNC experience (changing inserts, touching off tools, making offsets).

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Familiarity with horizontal lathe or mill setup.

    + Skilled with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

    + Experience with **Okuma** , **Nakamura** , **Fanuc Robodrills** , and robots like **Universal** and **Fanuc** .

    + Independent, detail-oriented, and efficient.

    We’re a family-owned manufacturer specializing in faucets for schools and hospitals. Our facility is large, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll work primarily with brass and learn finishing techniques for different product lines. Cleanliness and precision are part of our culture—end-of-shift cleanup is standard.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
