Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

+ We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for mechanical troubleshooting and repairs of motors, conveyors, gears, and hydraulics in the plant

+ This position requires a proactive individual committed to safety, customer satisfaction, first-time quality, and efficiency

Job Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on motors, conveyors, gears, and hydraulics

+ Conduct reactive and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability

+ Utilize basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor and auger systems, power tools, overhead cranes, welding, and fabrication

+ Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, aerial lifts, cranes, and yard tractors

+ Troubleshoot minor electrical issues and perform necessary repairs

+ Read and understand parts diagrams for equipment assembly and disassembly

+ Adhere to lockout/tagout (LO/TO) procedures for safety

Shift

**1st Shift:** Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. with overtime available

Essential Skills

+ Experience with hydraulic systems, conveyors, and augers

+ Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues

+ Experience operating cranes and forklifts

+ Comfortable working at heights up to 30-40 feet

+ Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance, including construction equipment and diesel engines

+ Highly safety-conscious mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
