    Job Description

    As a Production Technician, you will perform essential diagnostics and repairs on server components, including hard drives, memory, power supplies, and motherboards. Your role is key to maintaining and ensuring the optimal performance of server units.

    Responsibilities

    Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on components such as hard drives, memory, power supplies, and motherboards.

    Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to disassemble, test, and reassemble server units.

    Use hand tools and diagnostic software to identify and resolve hardware issues.

    Accurately record repair activity and parts usage in inventory systems or on tickets.

    Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing hardware and replacement parts.

    Maintain a clean and safe work environment, protected from electrostatic discharge (ESD). Essential Skills

    This is a Contract position based out of La Vergne, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
