    Job Title: Carpenter $25/hr (Contract to hire)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team, focusing on interior commercial projects. This role involves a variety of tasks, including demolition, drywall touch-ups, and painting.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform demolition work and ensure safe removal of materials.

    + Conduct caulking and drywall touch-ups with precision.

    + Execute painting and staining tasks efficiently.

    + Perform grout touch-ups and remove silicone from carpets.

    + Handle various tasks including framing and other random items.

    + Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and cleaning the job site.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of carpentry experience in interior commercial projects.

    + Proficiency in demolition, painting, and construction.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general labor, production, and landscaping.

    + Ability to handle clean-up and sweeping tasks effectively.

    Work Environment

     

    The work is conducted at a job site located in Mesa, AZ. The working hours are from 5 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday. The environment requires adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
