Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, calibration, and alignment of CNC and associated machinery. This is a multi-craft technician role in a large modern machine shop, offering you the chance to support the maintenance team in continual improvements and increase machine uptime.
Responsibilities
+ Install, maintain, and repair CNC and associated machinery.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
+ Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance.
+ Participate in continual improvements to increase machine uptime.
+ Collaborate with the maintenance team to support facility operations.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in electrical, troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and repair.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and reading blueprints.
+ Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and best practices.
+ High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Experience in a CNC machining environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge of automatic control systems and production processes.
+ Experience with Fanuc robots and controls.
+ Knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
+ Ability to diagnose electrical issues (110-480v).
+ Experience with Siemens, Fanuc, Seiko, Hitachi, Haas, HEIDENHAIN, Mazatrol controls.
+ Knowledge of CMMS systems like SAP and Limble.
+ Rigging equipment and component knowledge.
+ Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment.

Work Environment
Our modern facility is undergoing significant renovations, including the introduction of new CNC and automation machinery, contributing to a state-of-the-art work environment. The maintenance department is newly renovated, and you'll have the opportunity to participate in company-wide training on the latest machinery. The dress code is not specified, but the facility is conducive to comfortable and efficient work conditions.

This is a Contract position based out of Warren, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
