    Production Operator – Entry-Level | $15.75–$16.50/hr

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

    + Monitor product quality and report any issues

    + Perform basic assembly, packaging, or inspection tasks

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow all safety and operational procedures

    What We’re Looking For:

    + No prior experience required – we provide training!

    + Strong attention to detail and reliability

    + Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs

    + Team player with a positive attitude

    + Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, KY.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $16.50/hr.
