Job Title: Industrial Electrician: $80-115K (After Bonus)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. This role involves ensuring the safety, quality, cost, productivity, and profitability objectives of our division are met. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting operations while pursuing process improvement and assisting with documentation and training for equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Take care of customers by executing safety, quality, cost, productivity, and profitability objectives.

+ Perform troubleshooting and repairs.

+ Cooperate with and support operations.

+ Aggressively pursue process improvement.

+ Assist with documentation and training for all equipment.

+ Demonstrate and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Essential Skills

+ 4 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.

+ Experience in automation, electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, and robotics.

+ Demonstrated understanding of Power and Automation concepts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience in Steel Mill electrical maintenance.

+ Basic hydraulic/mechanic understanding.

+ 2-year degree in electrical or related field.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00/yr.
