    **Pay:** $60,000 - $65,000 per year

    **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    Job Description

    Machine Start-Up and Adjustment

    + Configure and adjust injection, blow molding, extrusion, or thermoforming parameters according to product specifications.

    + Ensure machines reach optimal conditions before production begins.

    + Perform mold changes and tooling adjustments per production plan.

    Process Control

    + Monitor temperatures, pressures, cycle times, screw speed, and other critical parameters.

    + Apply adjustments to optimize processes and reduce waste.

    + Maintain accurate records of production parameters and changes.

    Product Quality

    + Verify parts meet dimensional, weight, thickness, and appearance specifications.

    + Coordinate with Quality Department to correct deviations.

    + Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring defects.

    Technical Support & Problem Resolution

    + Diagnose and correct process failures affecting production or quality.

    + Support production personnel in resolving technical issues.

    + Propose continuous improvements in molds, machines, and process parameters.

    Safety & Order

    + Comply with and enforce industrial safety standards and PPE usage.

    + Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.

    + Report unsafe conditions or critical equipment failures.
