    Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician responsible for managing daily operations that include air conditioning repair, service, and installations, heating and furnace repair, service, and installations, refrigeration system repair, indoor air quality system installations, and water heater repair and installations. The role comprises 75% residential and 25% commercial work.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform air conditioning repair, service, and installations.

    + Conduct heating and furnace repair, service, and installations.

    + Handle refrigeration system repairs.

    + Install indoor air quality systems.

    + Repair and install water heaters.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in both commercial and residential settings.

    + Proficient in HVAC/R systems.

    + Reside within a 30-mile radius of the office.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Possession of an EPA Universal certification is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    This is a service role that offers a company vehicle and a gas card. Work involves 75% residential and 25% commercial tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays for answering service calls.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Wolverine Lake, MI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in Wolverine Lake,MI.
