    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting and maintaining all aspects of warehouse operations. This includes shipping, receiving, storage, and cycle counting, ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and company quality systems and requirements. The Warehouse Associate supports manufacturing operations and supply chain teams to ensure tasks are executed on time.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive, check, and verify inbound materials in the facility.

    + Store materials in the appropriate storage areas.

    + Assist with warehouse cleaning and organization to meet established safety and quality standards.

    + Fill internal requests for materials and deliver them to various destinations throughout the facility.

    + Properly package items for safe transport and arrange shipment of outbound materials.

    + Perform data entry related to receiving, inventory control, movement, and shipping of materials.

    + Process and file relevant paperwork.

    + Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy, reporting discrepancies as directed.

    + Adhere to all GMP site safety and quality policies.

    + Demonstrate good documentation practices with strong attention to detail.

    + Maintain cleanliness of supply chain areas.

    + Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures related to daily duties.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in inventory control and cycle counting.

    + Experience in packing and packaging.

    + Strong data entry skills.

    + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.

    + Familiarity with GMP site safety and quality policies is advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment within a new, FDA-regulated medical manufacturing facility. Shifts available include 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm), and 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am).

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
