    Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Denver, CO

     

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing systems. You will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Your duties will include following all Preventive Maintenance programs and assisting planners in enhancing PM programs. You will also develop and maintain positive working relationships across all organizational levels and comply with all safety programs, policies, and procedures.

     

    **Pay:** $30.00/hr - $38.00/hr (depending on experience)

    **Shift:** 1st shift, 5:00AM-5:30PM

    1 week - Wednesday-Saturday

     

    Next week - Thursday-Saturday (Wednesday optional)

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing systems, including electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

    + Follow and enhance Preventive Maintenance programs in collaboration with planners.

    + Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all organizational levels.

    + Complete all assigned safety training.

    + Ensure compliance with all safety programs, policies, and procedures.

    Essential Skills:

    + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.

    + Experience with preventive maintenance.

    + Mechanical skills and understanding of blueprints.

    + Knowledge of industrial systems, including hydraulics and automation.

    + Ability to work with schematics and HVAC systems.

    + Understanding of 3-phase electrical systems and conveyor maintenance.

    + Experience with motors, electrical maintenance, and industrial maintenance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (ideally eMaint).

    + Experience with CNC maintenance is a plus.

    + Ability to use hand tools, PLC control, and power tools.

    + Skills in installation, welding, service, and fabrication.

    Work Environment

    + The role is based in a large manufacturing environment with a facilities team of four.

    + Work hours are on a rotating schedule: First Shift from 5:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with alternating weekly schedules.

    + One week consists of 48 hours from Wednesday to Saturday, and the next consists of 36 hours from Thursday to Saturday, with every other Wednesday being optional.

    The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
