    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join a leading company in the food and beverage industry as a Maintenance Technician. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fort Wayne plant, which features equipment such as grinders, thermoforms, conveyors, stamping presses, trimmers, palletizers, and vacuum systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plant machinery.

    + Conduct low and high voltage electrical troubleshooting on receptacles, switches, fixtures, and motors.

    + Execute mechanical repairs including hydraulics and pneumatics.

    + Collaborate with the Preventative Maintenance (PM) team while handling reactive maintenance tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, including 480v, relays, sensors, and 3-phase systems.

    + Skilled in hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.

    + Experience in repairing bearings and reading blueprints/schematics.

    + Competent in using basic hand and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in robotics.

    + Background in plastics.

    + Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a well-equipped plant environment with a dedicated team. **The shift is from 6 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday** , providing a balanced work schedule.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62920.00 - $81432.00/yr.
