HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\.

What your day\-to\-day will be like:

+ As a Lead Software Engineer at Hilton, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting software for Hilton Sales and Revenue applications

+ Accept and demonstrate the core principles of development practices and ensure these principles are followed throughout the team

How you will collaborate with others:

+ You will collaborate with Architects, other Developers, Product Leads, and vendors to implement and evolve solutions that enable Hilton to maintain its position as a leader in Hospitality\.

+ You will communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non\-technical audiences\.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

+ Develop, maintain, and support Sales & Revenue Applications\.

+ Lead software developers and QA testers to deliver industry\-leading solutions with outstanding quality and performance\.

+ Follow the defined Agile methodology delivering industry\-leading solutions with outstanding quality and performance\.

+ Ensure quality and consistency of the software architecture across the system and providing day\-to\-day technical guidance to the development teams\.

+ Serve as the technology application and subject matter expert for security reviews

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

+ Five \(5\) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field

+ Three \(3\) years of experience working in an environment with Kanban Agile development, DevOps, and Security considerations, using Splunk and Atlassian Suite \(Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo\)

+ Experience working on Java, IIS, \.NET Framework, SQL \(SSIS, SSRS\), Windows Server and SAML

+ This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations \(McLean, Dallas, Memphis\)\.

+ Travel up to ten percent \(10%\)

It would be useful if you have:

+ Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience

+ Seven \(7\)years of professional work experience in Technology or related field

+ Experience with existing technology architecture and DevOps

+ Technology Management Experience

+ Experience with generative and agentic AI

+ Familiarity with AWS

+ Previous hospitality experience
