    Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

    Job Description

    Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the ERP system. Operate material handling equipment and lead warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and other applicable standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.

    + Maintain accurate inventory records with timely updates in the ERP system.

    + Operate material handling equipment.

    + Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.

    + Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

    + Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

    + Monitor and report on KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and other applicable standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in inventory and warehouse management systems.

    + Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and order pulling processes.

    + Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proven experience in team development and leadership.

    + Knowledge of ERP systems and accurate inventory record maintenance.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a unique freezer environment at temperatures of -10 degrees, with access to a heated break room. The setting is an intriguing cave environment, providing a distinctive and challenging work location. The position operates on a first shift from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belleville, IL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
