    Job Title: Production Manager – Manufacturing Industry

    **Location:** Orlando, FL

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time / M-F 1st Shift and occasional Saturdays if needed

    **Pay** : $70,000 - $90,000

    About the Role

    **We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager** to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage resources effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.

    + Supervise and coordinate production staff, ensuring optimal workflow.

    + Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed.

    + Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    + Track production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

    + Communicate with other departments (logistics, sales, quality assurance) to ensure smooth operations.

    Qualifications

    + Proven experience as a Production Manager in a Manufacturing Industry

    + Strong knowledge of production processes and **quality control** principles.

    + Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    + Ability to plan, report and schedule as necessary

    + Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.

    + High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Engineering, or related field **preferred.**
