    Lincoln Technical Institute (South Plainfield, NJ)


    Lincoln Tech is seeking a Director of Admissions, onsite at our South Plainfeild, NJ campus, who will provide leadership in student recruitment, empower campus admission goals, and develop strong internal and external relationships.

     

    Responsibilities for a Director of Admissions

     

    + Oversee and develop a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students to join our programs

    + Lead and cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership

    + Provide staff training, development, and mentorship

    + Direct the team to deliver company goals

    + Collect, analyze, and use data to improve recruitment efforts

    + Oversee the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students

     

    Requirements for a Director of Admissions

     

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    + 5+ years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership

    + Prior experience in a for profit Career School environment highly desired

    + Proficiency with current technology
