As a Tier II, HR Operations Representative Specialist, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for complex HR transactions and inquiries that go beyond routine. This role is the backbone of our Shared Services model, bridging technology, compliance, and human connection. From troubleshooting system issues to guiding managers through sensitive employee relations and benefits questions, you’ll ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in every interaction.

$22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
+ Resolve complex HR transactions across benefits, compensation, employee relations, and leave administration.
+ Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Payroll to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
+ Manage intermediate-level HR system maintenance and security assignments in Workday.
+ Conduct intake and initial investigations for employee relations cases in partnership with HRBP.
+ Research and resolve Total Rewards inquiries, including retirement deferrals, bonus administration, and PTO accuracy.
+ Support compliance activities and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
+ Provide guidance on attendance concerns, leave tracking, and eligibility for rehire.

What We're Looking For
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
+ Associate's degree, preferably in Human Resources, or related work experience equivalent required.
+ One year of experience in a human resources role required
Preferred:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
License and/or Certification
Preferred
+ PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
