    Pay Range: $40,000-$60,000 plus incentive

     

    Sell Agent – Customer Experience

     

    The Sell Agent – Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.

    Responsibilities

    + Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:

    + Customer Concierge:

    + Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward

    + Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application

    + Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.

    + Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email

    + Maintain activity log

    + Other duties as assigned
