    Automotive Service Technician (All Levels – A, B, or C)

    The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager/Fixed Ops Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately according to Lithia and manufacturer standards

    + Diagnose and resolve automotive issues

    + Complete all work following safety requirements

    + Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repairs

    + Document work performed and maintain an organized workspace

    Qualifications:

    + Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

    + Strong attention to detail and time management skills

    + Ability to operate a variety of vehicles (manual and automatic)

    + For Class A/B: Prior automotive repair experience, ASE certifications, and manufacturer training preferred

    + For Class C: Interest in automotive career and willingness to learn. Preferably some experience in a dealership/service center/automotive.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
