    ResponsibilitiesAs our Used Car Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the pre-owned department, including inventory, merchandising, pricing, and team performance. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to maximize profitability and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

     

    + Lead, mentor, and develop the used-car sales team

    + Manage inventory acquisition, appraisals, and merchandising

    + Set and achieve monthly sales, gross, and volume goals

    + Monitor market trends to optimize pricing and turn rates

    + Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly

    + Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement

    + Partner with finance, service, and reconditioning teams to streamline operations

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a Used Car Manager or Automotive Sales Manager required

    + Proven track record of sales performance and strong CSI results

    + Strong appraisal skills and market awareness

    + Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities

    + Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
