    Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Office of the Director, Navy Staff (DNS), Learning to Action Drive Team of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS. Responsibilities You will serve as Deputy Team Lead, managing a disparate group of projects requiring formal and informal leadership abilities across the division and OPNAV. You will direct daily activities in support of the Team Lead to ensure task completion, set performance expectations, and may be assigned to lead and or support cross echelon efforts. You will develop engagement strategies to support the desired policy outcomes of the Learning to Action Drive Team and Learning to Action Board. You will brief flag officers and other senior members of the Department of Defense. You will manage, in person and online, offsite workshops/ routine meetings and similar events using MS Teams and leverage MS tools for online collaboration between geographically dispersed command representatives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as: Operating Service Title 10 responsibilities and the organization and functions of headquarters staffs (Service, Joint Staff, OSD, COCOM, and Fleets). Performing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve complex management processes in support of learning to action process. Constructing reports, charts, spreadsheets, and graphs to support briefing materials. Developing relationships that help achieve objectives with Joint Staff, Military Services, and Unified Combatant Commanders.
