    Job Title: Production Machine Operator

     

    Type: Contract To Hire

     

    Compensation: $41600 annually

     

    Contractor Work Model: Onsite

     

    Hours: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts

     

    Production Machine Operator Objective

     

    Operate and oversee manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production output and product quality standards are maintained throughout all shifts.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor manufacturing equipment during active production cycles

    + Perform routine equipment maintenance and adjustments using appropriate tools

    + Conduct quality inspections to verify output meets established specifications

    + Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime

    + Document production metrics and operational issues

    + Coordinate with production floor personnel to achieve daily output targets

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or GED certificate

    + Demonstrated ability to operate industrial manufacturing equipment

    + Knowledge of quality assurance procedures in production environments

    + Competency with hand tools for equipment adjustment and repair

    + Adherence to workplace safety standards and protocols

    + Sustained focus and precision in repetitive tasks

    Preferences

    + Background in manufacturing or production settings

    + Experience with specific machinery types relevant to industrial operations

    + Technical certifications related to equipment operation
