    PACKERS NEEDED

    WILL START ON A DAY SHIFT 8A-4P OVERTIME OR WEEKENDS AS NEEDED

    THIS IS NEW FACILITY WILL BE TRAINED AFTER INSTALLATION AND WILL THEN GO TO A 12HR SHIFT AM OR PM 2,2,3 SCHEDULE

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    * Manually fold each bag according to size and packaging, following current product line standards.

    * Complete the MES to assign a machine and lane.

    * Visually inspect the bags at various control points and remove bags with defects based on the Defect Library reference.

    * Monitor the count of packed bags.

    * Identify the number of the first and last bags and check the number of bags per container.

    * Stop the machine if a defect persists on a lane.

    * Replace your colleague during breaks.

    * Assist the driver in removing mobile containers or boxes.

    * Comply with guidelines regarding quality, food hygiene and safety, occupational health and safety, and the environment. Clean the entire workstation in accordance with instructions.

    * Assist the driver in turning and changing reels.

    * Empty the boom when changing materials or adjusting settings while the machine is not in operation.

    * Manually insert caps/necks in the event of a machine malfunction, after receiving on-the-job training.

    * Perform immersion tests.

    * Carry out sorting operations for customer returns or defects observed online.

    * Ensure proper management of the sorting production order (scanning of mobile containers and entering information into the MES).

    * Must be familiar with the packaging of each type of wineskin.

    * Must be aware of all cases of visual defects.

    * Must be able to complete product labels (traceability)

    * Can convey clear and precise instructions

    * Has the ability to explain actions and instructions

    * Has the necessary authorization to carry out their duties

    * Can apply and enforce physical safety, hygiene, and food safety instructions with vigilance

    * Masters flashing operations and understands the consequences of errors

    * Is able to multitask across several activities

    * Participate/assist in emptying the giraffes and repacking them, ensuring proper identification of materials (requires authorization)
