    Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges.

     

    The Bradley Center is seeking motivated, compassionate candidates for the position of Senior Milieu Coordinator who have a calling and passion for helping children. We are looking for individuals with initiative, creativity and a desire to have a positive impact on a child’s life.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Serve as designated leadership on shift

    + Provide and model quality unit programming and structure

    + Teach and coach therapeutic skills to unit staff

    + Document treatment provided as well as other required reporting

    + Ability to provide feedback and have critical conversations

    + Patience and creativity while working with residents at their own pace

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Professional demeanor, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic

    + Problem-solving skills

    Requirements

    + Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, child development or a related field

    + Minimum of three (3) years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting

    + Must be at least 21 years of age

    + Valid driver's license and car insurance
