    Position: Maintenance and Reliability Superintendent (Electrical Focus)

     

    We are seeking an experienced **Maintenance and Reliability Superintendent** with a strong **electrical background** and **power plant experience** to lead and oversee ongoing work. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence and reliability across complex systems.

    Basic Job Requirements:

    + **Education & Experience:**

    + Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in an engineering field

    + Six (6) years of work-related experience

    + Professional certification or registration in the applicable field (preferred)

    + **Technical Expertise:**

    + Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards

    + Practical field experience

    + Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, email, presentations)

    + **Soft Skills:**

    + Strong communication skills for diverse audiences (management, clients, vendors, contractors)

    + Ability to work with precision and meet deadlines

    + **Compliance & Knowledge:**

    + Familiarity with local, state/province, and federal regulations
