The Assistant Teacher for Child Care supervises children while providing a safe, nurturing, responsive, and inclusive educational environment using developmentally appropriate practices. Assistant Teacher observes, documents, and assesses children's behaviors in order to support and contribute to decisions regarding individual children's needs in all domains of learning. Participates in required training hours, maintains CPR, First Aid and AED certification, has daily communication with parents, and coordinates bi-annual parent conferences and parent reports.
