    Job Description

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose pneumatic & hydraulic test equipment

    + Calibrate and repair pneumatic & hydraulic test equipment

    + Assist operators with set-up of test equipment as needed

    + Build and repair test stand masters

    + Tear down and analysis of test stand failures

    + Review processes on an on-going basis for safety, quality, and production efficiency

    + Identify pneumatic & hydraulic leaks and repair

    + Support assembly manufacturing with troubleshooting and guiding maintenance staff as needed

    + Learn current Vision Systems and Industrial Lighting to help in troubleshooting

    + Assist Manufacturing Engineers in the Qualification of new test equipment

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

    + Associate’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing Engineering

    + Experience with industrial controls and measurement devices (i.e. pressure transducers, LVDTs and load cells)

    + 1-3 years industrial experience

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office

    + Excellent troubleshooting skill and electrical safety knowledge

    + Proactive mindset with strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills

    + Must be able to relate and get along with all levels of the organization

    Preferred Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing Engineering

    + Hydraulic and Pneumatic troubleshooting experiences

    + Industrial Vision System Practical Hands-On Experience

    + Exposure to manufacturing robots
