This position is with Bosch Automotive Steering, within the Human Resources department. This position will provide meaningful hands-on work experience in related field of study. Get a chance to leave your mark on Bosch processes and learn about HR and how multi-faceted it really is. In this role, you’ll be given projects and the freedom to propose your own suggestions and run with them.

*This position is only being offered on a FULL-TIME basis. It is also best that candidate's are eligible to rotate for the Summer semester as well.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** include but not limited to the following

+ Opportunity to observe and actively participate in several facets of a business environment – learning and proposing own ideas in projects

+ Will be actively involved in supporting plant-wide and cross-functional projects

+ Support the day-to-day function of Human resources

+ Recruiting – career fairs, etc.

+ Wellness/Diversity initiatives

+ Administrative maintenance – payroll, timekeeping, SAP, internal job application processing

+ Training

+ Digitalization initiatives

+ Supporting the implementation of the Bosch employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

+ Student enrolled Bachelors or Masters degree program, preferably Human Resources, Communications or Business related, and interested in career in Human Resources.

+ Advanced Excel skills required.

+ Power BI experience is a plus
