About the role
As a **Sr. Big Data Automation Tester,** you will make an impact by designing and implementing advanced machine learning and AI solutions that transform data into actionable insights within the Payer domain. You will be a valued member of our Data Science and Analytics team, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.
In this role, you will:
+ Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex challenges in the Payer domain, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
+ Lead initiatives in natural language processing and deep learning to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
+ Collaborate with engineering and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, enhancing performance and user experience.
+ Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for predictive modeling.
+ Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

What you need to have to be considered
+ Proven experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing within the Payer or healthcare domain.
+ Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow, with a track record of successful model development and deployment.
+ Expertise in Cloud AutoML and scalable AI solutions.
+ Strong understanding of deep learning techniques and their real-world applications.
+ Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

+ Experience designing experiments and validating model performance for continuous improvement.
+ Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and compliance standards.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 90,000 - $ 100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
