About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead to support end-to-end integration design development and operationalization across Finance and Procurement workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience building scalable integration patterns API-based orchestration error handling frameworks and secure data exchange.
In this role, you will
• Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, creating technical documentation, and troubleshooting issues.
• Building and supporting integrations for Oracle SaaS applications with other systems
• Managing the full integration lifecycle, and ensuring the scalability and performance of the solutions.
What you need to succeed (Required skills)
• 9 to 10 years total experience with 5+ years hands-on in Oracle OIC / ICS
• Deep knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs Oauth/SAML/SSO patterns error handling retry logic.
• Ability to work across NetSuite Oracle Fusion ERP Workday Anaplan Databricks or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience implementing CI/CD or standardized integration lifecycle management.
• Strong documentation and production support mindset.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
