Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to our diversity, equity, and inclusion mission: Cultivating a community where all members experience a sense of belonging. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide academic, social-emotional, and college/career counseling to students in grades 9-12, both individually and in groups.

+ Oversee and support the scheduling process, including student course requests, schedule changes, and collaboration with building and district staff to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.

+ Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor student support plans that promote success and well-being.

+ Implement and support a comprehensive school counseling program.

+ Facilitate crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and responsive services to address student needs promptly and effectively.

+ Coordinate college and career readiness activities, including course planning, transcript reviews, college application support, and scholarship opportunities.

+ Analyze student data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and develop targeted interventions that improve student outcomes.

Salary Range: $51,078 - $113,930 (Master's Steps 1-22); $46,149 - $97,389 (Bachelor's Steps 1-22)
