Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Culinary Team Members for the 2026 baseball season at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Culinary Team Member, you will help create memorable experiences for guests. Available roles include Cook, Dishwasher, Kitchen Porter, and Kitchen Lead. What will you do?

+ Follow assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and adhering to sanitation guidelines

+ Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, as well as keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked

+ Work cooperatively with team members and management

+ Follow the supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures

More about you

+ Must be 18 years old or older

+ Ability to follow directions well

+ Experience working with flat top grills, deep fryers, and other cooking equipment is preferred for all cooking roles

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends

Physical requirements

+ Must be able to stand for long periods of time

+ Ability to lift to 30 pounds
