Behavior Technician (Non-Certified)

Pay: $22–$26/hr DOE

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with students in a school setting to support behavioral and academic goals under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in implementing behavior support strategies

+ Provide direct support to students in classroom settings

+ Collect and record data on student progress

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff

+ Maintain a positive and professional environment

Qualifications

+ No certification required (training provided)

+ Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to follow guidance and work as part of a team

+ 6 mo of ABA experience
