    Behavior Technician – School-Based Support in Burbank (Including Glendale Sites)

     

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to provide direct support to students in school settings across Burbank and nearby areas, including Glendale. This is a meaningful opportunity for professionals with a background in ABA or behavioral intervention who want to make a difference in education.

    Position Overview

    + Pay: $24–$27/hour, based on experience (negotiable)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

    + Location: School sites in Burbank and Glendale

    Key Responsibilities

    + Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to address behavioral and developmental needs

    + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with accuracy and consistency

    + Support classroom teachers and collaborate with school staff to maintain a positive learning environment

    + Assist in creating structured routines that encourage student growth and independence

    + Document progress and communicate effectively with the educational team

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + At least 2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related intervention roles

    + RBT certification is preferred but not required

    + Must be 18 years or older and meet all employment requirements

    + Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to student success
