Contract Details: This contract is located in near Aurora, CO and will last the remainder 25/26 school year. The contract pays $48 / hour (local) and $2,100 /week (travel) for 37.5student contact hours per week with a full benefits package. Before applying for the position, please ensure you are eligible to work in Colorado as a Early Childhood Special Education Teacher or already a licensed Early Childhood Special Education Teacher with the Colorado Department of Education. Pending licenses are accepted.
Role Details: The Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teacher, under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, provides quality services to special education students, pre-kindergarten through grade 3. The ECSE Teacher supports different students in three different classrooms and has a commitment to team participation in planning and implementation of student programs, including special instruction, tutorial assistance, and consultation with general education staff. Para will be in support of ECSE and will be in charge of scheduling for their Para. Additionally, there is a BCBA, SLP, OT, and PT that will be in support on the collaboration team.

Local Contract Estimate: $48-52 / hour
Travel Contract Estimate: $2,000 - $2,200 / week
(Weekly Travel Rate Available for Out of State Applicants)
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm

Minimum Requirements:
+ Holds a Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement as required by state, contract and/or facility
+ May be required to have MSW or LCSW per state, contract or facility
+ Current CPR if applicable?
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable?
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)?
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements?
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
