    Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES (School-Based)

     

    Local Pay Rate: $58

     

    Schedule: Part-Time (10 hours/week)

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Provide expert consultation and training to school staff.

    + Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans.

    + Act as a clinical teacher—educating, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery.

    + Collaborate with educators and families to create supportive learning environments.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

    + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or related field.

    + Preferred: Experience delivering behavior analytic programs in schools.

    + At least 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred).

    + Compliance with all professional standards and state/federal requirements.

    + Current CPR, TB screening, and health certificate (as applicable).

    + Must be at least 18 years old.
