    Experienced Behavior Technician – Make a Lasting Impact

     

    Amergis is seeking dedicated and experienced Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and greater Los Angeles County. This role is designed for professionals with a strong background in ABA or behavior support who are ready to bring their expertise into a school setting and help students succeed.

    Position Details

    + Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

    + Location: School sites across Los Angeles County

    Responsibilities

    + Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

    + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and confidence

    + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to ensure effective support

    + Create structured, inclusive environments that foster student growth and success

    + Reinforce positive behaviors and support social-emotional development

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related interventionist roles

    + RBT certification is a plus but not required

    + Must be at least 18 years of age and meet all employment requirements

    + Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting student success
