Join Our Team as a 1st Grade Teacher!

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating a positive learning environment? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic School Teacher to inspire and guide students through their educational journey.

As a 1st Grade Teacher, you will:

+ Implement engaging daily instructional plans that foster learning and personal growth.

+ Create a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, respect, and collaboration.

+ Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff while maintaining effective classroom management.

+ Work closely with administrators and fellow educators to ensure student success.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher (required)

+ Certification: Valid teaching license/certification as required by state or district (Illinois Professional Educator Licensure with the Elementary Education endorsement)

+ Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)

+ Skills: Ability to follow instructional plans, communicate effectively with parents and staff, and present information clearly

+ Commitment: Dedicated to student safety, well-being, and academic achievement

+ Additional Requirements:

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Current health certificate (per state or contract regulations)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Minimum age: 18

Position Details:

+ Grade Level: 1st Grade

+ Start Date: ASAP

+ End Date: End of school year

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 2:15 PM
