    Substitute Special Education Aide:

    Responsibilities

    + Care for the physical needs of students with moderate to severe disabilities, including but not limited to students with autism, emotional disabilities, intellectual disabilities, orthopedic impairments, or multiple disabilities.

    + Work under the direct supervision of a teacher or other professional supervisor

    + Provide assistance to students in completing assigned projects

    + Transport and accompany student to activities and physically participate as necessary

    + May perform various record keeping tasks
