Anderson Erickson Dairy (AED) is Iowa’s oldest and largest family-owned Dairy. We have been providing the best dairy products in the industry for nearly a century. General responsibilities include the following:

+ Collaborate with our Corporate Sales Team to establish strategic growth in the Des Moines regional market.

+ Collaborate very closely with our Sales/ Marketing and Distribution leadership to ensure that our customers achieve 100% satisfaction.

+ Customer focused- must be able to maintain and develop strong relationships with our customer base.

+ Promote our brand in a professional manner.

Required skills and experience:

+ Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.

+ Strong presentation skills.

+ Strong ability to perform both “cold calls” or direct sales leads.

+ Strong understanding of pricing structures and mathematics.

+ Strong organization skills and detail oriented.

+ Excellent time management.

+ Strong computer skills- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.

+ Strong analyzation skills.

+ Excellent conflict resolution skills.

+ Strong ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Pre-Requisites for Candidate Consideration:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field is PREFERRED, we will consider demonstrated professional work experience in lieu of education.

+ Recent college graduates are also encouraged to apply.

+ Prior experience is the grocery or food/ beverage distribution preferred but not required.

+ Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
