    As a Benefits Administrator with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will provide day-to-day administration and operational support for PCB Piezotronics, Inc.’s benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, HRA, life, disability, leave, and voluntary benefits). The role handles enrollment and qualifying event processing, benefits inquiries, vendor coordination, reporting, employee leaves, and communication activities to ensure a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience.

    Additional Duties:

    + Administer all aspects of health & welfare, wellness, and voluntary benefits programs. Functions as a liaison between benefit carriers/vendors and employees; advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.

    + Oversees all benefit programs such as; Dependent Scholarship, Tuition Reimbursement and Orthodontia Benefit program. Manage all open enrollment activities.

    + Mediate problems between benefit plan participants and providers.

    + Explains and interprets more complex aspects of company insurance programs.

    + Assists in establishing benefit administration procedures and process flows.

    + Assists with vendors to set up new or changed benefits and to coordinate open enrollment materials.

    + Administer Wellness Program including planning, implementing, initiatives and events and communication.

    + Partners with Payroll for any new or changing needs and file feeds.

    + Run reports and queries and review vendor files for errors and ensure information is processed in a timely manner. Audit data files between vendors and HR systems to ensure accurate data, eligibility into and status changes are reflected.

    + Oversees administration of Leave of Absences including (STD, LTD, FMLA, PFL, Workers Compensation, Personal LOA, Military Leave, etc.). Work with third party vendors for compliance.

    + Monitor and administer overall compliance of health & welfare, wellness, and voluntary programs. Coordinate legally required mailing and communications including (ACA – 1095’s, SPD’s, etc.).

    + Conduct and/or participate in meetings to describe, explain and respond to questions concerning various benefits programs.

    + Oversee new hire benefit orientations.

    + Facilitate any benefit presentations to all levels of the workforce.

    + Ensures that employee records are compliant with company policies.

    + Maintains computer records and prepares required reports.

    + Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent specialized training.

    + Experience: A minimum two to four years of practice, training and/or experience in a benefits function, multi-state preferred. Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms

    + Travel Requirement: As needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + CEBS or PHR certification preferred.

    This position requires access to “controlled technology” as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et. seq.) and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M).
