KeyResponsibilities:
+ The ability to develop profitable business from ourmanaged accounts, has overall accountability achieving booking, revenueand profitability objectives for the account, both within the Americas andglobally.
+ Understands the key influencers within the clientorganization, quickly identifies client culture and decision-makingprocess, and balances professional manner to suit client requirements.
+ Works cross collaboratively with our solutions teams todevelop a pipeline of new opportunities in addition to extensions andexpansions of existing contracts.
+ Works across all of Sogeti-s business lines and acrossall of the client-s functional areas, to bring the full suite of Sogetiofferings to the client and continually increase value to the client.
+ Provide escalation point for the customer and work withManagers from other service lines within Sogeti to ensure that serviceprovision meets both SLAs & expectations.
+ Ensure that Sogeti is positioned effectively withinclient at board and senior management level and is well represented forpotential major new projects or bids.
+ Responsible for maintaining strong customersatisfaction.
KeyQualifications:
+ Proven experience serving clients in the Service(Technology, Retail, Insurance, Engineering) industry.
+ Minimum of 10 years- experience in selling complex, ITservices/customized technology services
+ Recent experience selling consulting servicesengagements to global level clients.
+ Comprehensive understanding of targeted industrybusiness environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spend.
+ A well-documented track record of achieving annualsales quotas, managing delivery excellence and building strong clientrelationships.
+ Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistentability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis.
+ Experience in building and maintaining relationshipswith senior executives.
+ History of successful sales of technology servicesdeals across multiple offerings including specific experience in latesttechnology, data and insights, cloud, testing solutions etc.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills andoutstanding presentation skills.
+ Ability to work in a global organizational and servicedelivery environment.
+ Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industrytrends and technical advancements across multiple business sectors.
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive salesculture.
+ Ability to travel as required.
+ High level of personal and professional integrity.
+ Excellent attention to detail and excellent timemanagement skills.
**Education:** Bachelor-s
degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or a related field.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with
state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents
the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this
role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less

disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to,
geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications,

business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base
salary range for the tagged location is 145K - 175K per annum, DOE.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including
variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are
eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any
other benefits to eligible employees.

until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and
availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that
