Who We Are
The Purchase Experience Team shapes one of the most critical moments in Wayfair’s customer journey - when inspiration becomes purchase. We own and evolve the experiences that help shoppers build their baskets, choose delivery and payment options, and confidently place their orders. Blending data, design, and experimentation, we focus on reducing friction, building trust, and driving conversion. With a modern tech foundation and bold roadmap ahead, we’re creating faster, smarter, and more delightful ways to buy for the home, pushing the boundaries of agentic commerce and harnessing AI to power the next wave of e-commerce growth.
What You’ll Do
+ Drive Tech Enablement : Partner with engineering to build fast, scalable, and resilient experiences in the most critical part of the customer’s shopping journey.
+ Define & Drive Roadmaps : Partner Design, User Research, Engineering, and business stakeholders to create roadmaps that drive our purchase vision forward, from hypothesis to analysis, with measurable outcomes. Define the future of agentic commerce at a scale few companies can match.
+ Data-Driven Problem Solving: Leverage qualitative & quantitative insights to identify opportunities, break down complex problems, and measure the impact of product initiatives.
+ Full-Stack Product Leadership: Coordinate across backend & frontend product domains, developing features that closely integrate with our backend systems.
+ Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial partners to align on priorities, deliver results, and advocate for the promotions & pricing experience within the broader Wayfair ecosystem.
+ Product Requirements & Delivery: Author PRDs & collaborate with design and engineering to deliver new features, enhancements, and platform capabilities that support all purchasing experiences.
+ Test with Agility: Build and evolve testing guidelines so every experiment is sound, measurable, and reusable across surfaces.
+ Stakeholder Representation & Comms: Communicate wins and learnings to senior leadership and stakeholders, turn results into repeatable playbooks.
We Are a Match Because You Have
+ 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce or platform products.
+ Proven track record of building & scaling impactful platform & customer-facing products.
+ Customer-first mindset & empathy for both customers & internal stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and agile development practices. Bias for rapid iteration, learning, and course correcting fast.

+ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams & business leadership, and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Curiosity about and experience with AI and emerging checkout tech, and ideas on how to bring them to life for Wayfair.
