Overview
The CPWS Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting Sales Consultants and Area Managers by executing product placement activities, servicing accounts, and engaging in direct sales with customers. This position requires building strong customer relationships and ensuring that company products are prominently displayed and fully stocked in retail environments.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trustService stores in assigned territories through refilling existing displays, cold boxes, and shelvesUpdate pricing, special offers, and custom signageConduct inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortagesAssist Sales Consultants and Area Managers in managing customer accounts and provide sales route coverage as neededMaintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present and position them in each accountUtilize survey tools to collect customer feedback and market data within accountsPropose selling solutions to customers and win the sale using consultative selling skillsAchieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by managementParticipate in sales meetings, on-site trainings, and supplier events as requiredPerform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
+ 21 years of age or olderAble to maintain a valid and current driver's licenseHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit in accordance with state laws (where applicable)Able to analyze and understand data and informationProficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®, smartphone) and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional mannerAble to communicate effectively through various methods and express self clearly and concisely while appropriately tailoring message to audienceAble to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentAble to travel as needed
