The **Learning Systems Professional 2** facilitates access to expertise, services and resources relating to the Learning Management System, Cornerstone on Demand. Assembles all the elements into a running course, adds interactivity, ensures the course can interface with a Learning Management System. Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate technology based learning solutions. Provides technical troubleshooting support as related to learning management system.
Key Responsibilities: Oversight of the Learning Management System (LMS)
+ Performs administrative support, design, development, implementation, delivery and maintenance of content, assets and other resources used for instructional functions within the LMS.
+ Configure and maintain Cornerstone on Demand curriculum and modules based on organizational needs.
+ Develop, build and/or maintain all elements related to LMS functionality, including but not limited to content integrations and creation, learn on demand setup, credentialing paths, LMS structure, eligibility rules, business process steps, notifications and reporting.
+ Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
+ Development and maintenance of Standards of Operations for all tasks within the LMS.
+ Support compliance tracking and reporting for mandatory training.
+ Ability to identify KPIs and measurement strategies (i.e. – what should be pulled to the dashboard).
+ Monitor recurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements. Identify and implement enhancements to improve end-user experience as it relates to courses and course materials.
+ Ability to communicate with clinicians, educators, designers as well as all levels of leadership including compliance and regulatory.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
+ Highschool diploma or equivalent
+ 2 or more years of administrative support experience working with learning technologies/systems
+ Experience working in MS Office Applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel - reporting, sorting, pivot tables, graphs
+ Project management experience overseeing key initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope—such as the development, design, and successful implementation of course assignments within a Learning Management System (LMS).
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
+ Associate's Degree
+ Prior experience with Learning Management Systems/Cornerstone on Demand administrative aspects
+ Previous background in eLearning design and development preferred
+ SharePoint
+ Microsoft office power suite (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
+ Experience in Home Health
+ Certification in Cornerstone on Demand or other LMS platforms
+ Understanding of Human Centered Design Principles and Adult Learning Principles
+ Instructional Design experience

+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$59,300 - $80,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
